Car seats aren't only for little dogs
More than one dog? Or just one large four-legged friend? Our RIDER dog car seat is a genuine rarity on the market at this size, since car seats are mostly made for small dogs. But why shouldn't bigger dogs travel in comfort too?
Why you'll both take to it on the very first drive
- Two built-in leads for safe travel: the attached lead stops your dog jumping out while still giving them enough room to travel comfortably. There are two built-in leads in the seat, for when you travel as a pack.
- Secure fastening: the straps keep the seat from shifting, even on winding roads.
- Multifunctional: it isn't only useful in the car — it doubles as a comfortable travel bed, so your dog feels at home wherever you are.
- Soft interior: the cushioned padding keeps your dog content, which makes longer journeys far more pleasant.
- Openings for the seat belt: if you'd rather clip into the car's own seat belt, there are two openings to pass it through.
- Protection from rain and dirt: the water-repellent fabric keeps your car clean too.
- Fold-down side section: if your dog prefers it, the front section of the seat folds down.
- Easy to clean: the larger cushions come out individually and are washable, so keeping the seat clean is simple.
Good to know
The car seat is designed primarily for comfort and stability, but it is not a substitute for a dedicated safety restraint system in the event of an accident. Always check that the seat is properly secured using the headrest and backrest straps, and keep your dog safely in place with the short lead. Because of the vacuum packaging the fabric may arrive slightly creased, but it smooths out shortly.
The packaging contains a silica gel sachet. Please remove it before giving the product to your dog.
What is the exact size of the RIDER car seat and which dogs is it recommended for?
The seat is extra large: 113 cm long, 47 cm wide, with a back height of 38 cm and a front height of 29 cm. Thanks to its size, it is an excellent choice for medium and larger dogs, or even for two small dogs traveling comfortably side by side.
How does the RIDER car seat protect your car and your dog?
The car seat covers and protects the entire rear seat row from hair, dirt, moisture, and scratches. The built-in safety restraints inside prevent your dog from jolting forward during sudden braking or wandering off their spot during the drive.
How difficult is it to install in the car?
Installation is extremely quick and simple! Using the adjustable straps and buckles, it attaches securely to the car's headrests in moments, fitting stably in almost any type of passenger car.
How safe is it to use in the car in the event of an accident?
The car seat primarily provides comfort, cleanliness, and stability during travel. It is important to know that in the event of an accident, it does not replace specialized, crash-tested safety systems.
What material is the car seat made of?
The RIDER car seat is made of 100% polyester. The material is durable, features water-repellent properties, and provides maximum comfort for your pet even on long journeys thanks to its soft interior design.
How do I clean the product?
Cleaning is extremely practical:
For dirt: Surface dirt or hair can easily be removed with a damp cloth or vacuum cleaner.
Washing: Washable at a maximum of 30°C.
Do NOT: Dry clean, bleach, iron, or tumble dry.
Why is the product wrinkled after unboxing?
The bed is vacuum-packed for transport and storage. Because of this, the material may appear wrinkled upon unboxing, but it will smooth out on its own in a short time and regain its final, full shape.
What should I watch out for when opening the package?
The package contains a silica gel (moisture absorber) sachet. Please make sure to remove and throw this away before letting your dog use the car seat!

Customer reviews
A fantastic product. It really means a lot that a manufacturer has finally thought of larger dogs too. We couldn't wait for it to arrive, and it was a big hit straight out of the box. Mailo claimed it immediately and even fell asleep in it! Thank you...
