Returns

• The customer is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract concluded in our webshop without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of the day the product is received.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal declaration below and send it to us electronically or by post. Sending the withdrawal declaration is in itself sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal within the deadline.
• The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
• Please return the product unused, with its tags and, where possible, in its original packaging.
• We issue the refund no later than 5 working days after the returned product reaches us.
